THE STORY
Change, lived and studied.
Aidan's first career was in professional rugby. He played for Leinster, Toulouse and Ireland before moving into digital transformation and innovation leadership. That shift gave him first-hand experience of letting go of an established identity and learning a new one.
Today he works as a change consultant and executive coach, teaches at Trinity Business School and brings a board perspective through National Broadband Ireland. His long-running interviews with leading thinkers feed his writing, keynotes and workshops.
In 2025, Aidan received the Thinkers50 Innovation Award, presented in partnership with Shimizu Corporation. The award recognises his contribution to innovation practice through The Innovation Show.
